Two volumes of "indie" plays incubated and produced by award-winning New York theater company Rising Phoenix Rep and published by the New York Theatre Experience, Inc. Volumes include 18 plays by and interviews with established, edgy, innovative playwrights including Daniel Talbott, Laura Eason, and Dael Orlandersmith. Volume II features a foreword by John Guare (House of Blue Leaves, Six Degrees of Separation).

 

Project consisted of copyediting to ensure consistency, particularly of punctuation and conveyance of pauses and overlaps; interior design to ensure clear, clean layout; cover design, which was particularly challenging given the front cover photos to be used; quality control; and packaging for print.
